An English Television Presenter and Journalist, Benjamin Peter “Ben” Shephard was born on 11th December 1974 in Epping, Essex, England. He is well known on ‘GMTV’ as a main presenter on the now defunct breakfast station. He also has hosted several game shows such as ‘The Krypton Factor’, ‘1 vs. 100’, ‘Safebreakers’ and ‘Tipping Point’. Recently he is working on both ‘ITV’, ‘Sky Sports’ as a television presenter and also he played a role as Diagon Alley Father in harry potter and the Half-Blood Prince. While working on Sky Sports as a presenter on the show ‘Goals on Sunday’ along with Chris Kamara, he even has hosted football matches for the media company such as ‘UEFA Champions League’ and ‘League Cup’. In the year between 2005 and 2011, Shephard was a stand –in presenter for the ITV daytime show ‘This Morning’ and also played a role on ‘CITV’ in an episode of ‘Bookaboo’. In the year 2012, he publicly announced that he had permanently left over BBC in order to manage and regulate his works with Sky Sports and ITV. He also became host for the ‘London 2012 Olympic Games’ and ‘Paralympic Games’ and acted as a stadium commentator in the main arena where he interviewed Patrick Stewart celebrity guests and other celebrities. He also supports numerous charity organization bodies that comprises of ‘Cystic Fibrosis Trust’, ‘Haven House children’s Hospice’ and ‘Holly Lodge Centre’. In the early 2009, Shephard took the charity challenge, he and other well-known celebrities climbed to Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for ‘Comic Relief’.
