English actor, screenwriter and comedian Nick Frost was born as Nicholas John in 28 March 1972 to his parents in Dagenham, East London. He is best known for his work in the television comedy Spaced in the role of Mike Watt with his friends Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg. In the same way, he is known for his performance in Shaun of the Dead as Ed, in Hot Fuzz as Danny Butterman, in The World's End as Andrew Knightley, in Paul as Clive Gollings and in Attack the Block as a drug dealer Ron. He is also well known for sketch show Man Stroke Woman for his various roles.

As the son of office furniture designer, Frost was born in Dagenham. He attended Beal High School situated in Ilford. While attending the school, he was very good in sports and ot5her extracurricular activities. But due to financial problems, at his early age he had to work as a waiter and appeared in corporate training video clips like the Coverplan Challenge and Chris Carter. Soon after, he appeared in the British comedy series Spaced written by Jessica Hynes and Simon Pegg. This comedy series helped him to get name and fame. In the year 2001, Frost appeared in a one-off episode of Victoria Wood's Acorn Antiques with a small role.

Frost also wrote and presented the show named Danger! 50,000 Volts! in the year 2002. In the same year, Frost co-wrote and starred with Matt King in The Sofa of Time. In 2004, Frost appeared in a romantic zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead. On BBC Three, Frost appeared in the comedy sketch show named Man Stroke Woman. In early 2006, Frost appeared in Hyperdrive, the BBC Two science fiction sitcom. In the same year, he appeared in Kinky Boots. Frost had a small appearance in a British comedy which was a parody of 1970s/1980s technology. This comedy was named as Look Around You.

In the meantime, Frost appeared in a second Pegg-Wright feature film called Hot Fuzz with his best friend Simon Pegg. Frost appears with the role of bumbling Constable Danny Butterman. They were again seen together in 2011 sci-fi film Paul. As Thomson and Thompson, Frost and Pegg again appeared in The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn, a film by Steven Spielberg. Currently Frost narrates the Channel 4 reality show Supernanny, as the title character, Jeremy Sloane in Mr. Sloane and Green Wing. He is soon going to present himself in The Boxtrolls with Simon Pegg.
