On 31 January 2008, Raworth announced that she would be leaving the program One O’clock in News till the summer. After the birth of her third child, she returned back on her work on 25 august 2008. On October 5 2008, she ran a program named Great North Run.
In early 2009, she was requited as the main relief presenter on the BBC News at Six and regular relief presenter at news at ten. In May 2009, she presented Crime watch Road show on BBC1 along with Crime watch Road show on BBC1 with reporter Justin Rowlatt on the BBC. She was also appeared in the film A Good Day to Die Hard in 2013. She was also awarded by City University of London as Doctor of Arts Honoris Causa on July 16, 2013.
